According to Indian’s official sources: Chinese Troops have entered a disputed section of the Himalayan border, which is shared by both Chinese and Indians. According to official Indian sources, “A significant number of Chinese troops have moved Line of Control (LAC) between two countries.”
Both countries claimed their right over the border area. Chinese claimed that it is their territory/area and Indians claimed it is theirs. There can be seen a huge disagreement over that. This situation is causing tensions between the two superpowers.

Last month, an aggressive border crossing movement caused minor injuries to troops of both sides. However, neither side is acknowledging this incident as a major incident. They are not taking it as out of ordinary. This Chinese-Indian border is considered one of the longest border of the World. Since 1962, there have been disputes over this border when two countries got engaged in a bloody border war.

"The two sides can resolve related issues through the established border-related mechanisms and diplomatic channels", Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman Zhao Lijian said in a press conference.

6 June was decided for top-level talks between the two countries. On Saturday, Lieutenant general-level talks were held to resolve this dispute of border. In which Lt General Harinder Singh was leading Indian delegation, and Commander of the Tibet Military District was heading Chinese delegation.
